The Gathering

It sucks being the new kid. Peter Gallagher and his family are always having to move around the country for work. This means a new house, new school, and new friends. It’s hard enough for Peter to fit in as it is. This small town is different than the others. There aren’t many kids around. But Peter quickly makes some friends, and they invite him to join them at a campfire near the cemetery at night. The goal is to see who can tell the scariest story. The only problem is that strange things start to happen around town. The kind of things that aren’t normal. Things that just happened in the campfire stories the night before. Peter quickly realizes that there is something wrong with this town. The campfire stories seem to be coming to life, but nobody will believe him.
