For a few dollars this (and many other books by Steve Burns) is worth the listen. This one covers basics of trading psychology, and although its not my favorite book on trading psychology so far, its great for the price.

Great nuggets in this book to keep your head on straight one trading
If you ever feel overwhelmed while trading, this is a good book for you to look at it from a business minded, strategical standpoint, rather than a “the market is out to get me” view. Good read great for the growing trader.
