Collection of well-narated shorts

What did you like best about Call It What You Want? What did you like least?

The short stories in the collection are exceptionally well-matched to the gifted narrators. Each story is quite good on its own. As a collection, the whole is very powerful.

That said, there didn't seem to be a "theme" or oganizing principal for the stories nor was it immediately apparent that they were even by the same author.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

As I noted above, this is a collection of short stories rather than "a" story. I might have enjoyed more if there were a more obvious theme.

What does the narrators bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The narrators sound perfectly matched to the stories they tell -which are typically narrated in a first-person. The sense they convey is that they are separate people - each sharing their own truth.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

Because this is a collection of unrelated short stories, not sure how it could be converted to a movie.

I wish there were more available from same author, I would definitely use another "credit."
