l loved it, have read every book in the series. i hope Ms Dailey writes another.

I enjoyed this story. I live in the West, the geography in the story was familiar, and made it realistic. Will want to read more by this author.

Love the Calder books

I am so glad they finally got a different reader. Did not like the Scottish performance of the past couple of books. This was much better.

Lack of continuity with former Calder books

For more than half the book it was like reading an old harlequin romance and a not so well written one at that. It was not in the same league as any of the other Calder books, had nothing to do with ranching or cattle. The only hero was still Chase Benteen Calder. It was a big disappointment.

So so

The reader was way too dramatic and extra details like explaining what food they ordered was unnecessary.
