Bobby (Bruiser) Parker is back and in the middle of it all again. This time someone has taken two of the people he loves the most, Bailey Kelly and Karen Harris. The kidnappers demand 10,000,000 dollars in 72 hours. Money isn't the problem. The women's husbands are two of the states wealthiest and most powerful men.
