This side of glory, this side of the ‘chasm’, we still battle. The war is won in Christ, but we still battle. We fight against mortality, sin, sorrow, pain. We fight for souls for God’s kingdom here and now, and God's kingdom there and then.

This side of the divide we do see, ‘but only a reflection.’ We do know, ‘but only in part.’ Jesus is with us here, but we are still here.
