awful narration and could be written better

Narration was hard to listen to and though the premise was good, the story was lacking.

Good start if that's what this was

The virtual voice wasn't horrible but it cut out a lot like the voice was going hoarse. The story started out OK. I liked the premise but the way it ended was like a TV movie - everything is alright at the end. how? There are too many loose ends! Is this a series?
