I wasted a credit with this book. all the information provided is wide but not deep. way too much explaining (common sense) and very little to no explanation on how to perform. I honestly say all the information in this book could be obtained free elsewhere. unless you are clueless and know nothing about the subject I strongly suggest not to buy it.

Needs editing

If you are fine hearing, "he, or she" and "one" indefinitely, then go for it. I'm not sure why the author did not just choose one pronoun for the length of the book. I learned nothing and I had to force myself to finish. I kept expecting it to get worthy of reading. It never did. There's got to be better on this subject. I was looking for types of loans to get when you already have a property and want to fix it up. This was a waste of time and money.

Vague Platitudes

Not worth buying. The book is full of obvious statements and vague platitudes about real estate investing. And the grammatical structure is awful
