Great Listen

this was a wonderful story. The author is new to me but I have enjoyed books that Kylie Stewart and Logan McAllister so I decided to give it listen I enjoyed very much it the plot the way the author Took the old myths of vampires and make it to something new exciting and different. I defenitly recommend.

Paranormal Romance.

A different twist on vampires

A different twist on vampire stories. I liked it..it intrigued me. This does have a lot going on with a larger cast. I enjoyed the characters that were built. While I like Calla…. it is the relationship between Draven and his two besties that really was my favorite. Their banter really kept me going and I looked forward to scenes with them in it. I did listen to this on audio. While the narration is good and easy to listen to I wish the male narrator would add a bit more to his side. I have listened to him multiple times and the reading is always the same no matter the story.

New author for me. Aside from the hot, hot romance, I really enjoyed the relationships, the historical/mythology aspects, the danger, and the mystery. Yeah! 🥰 More Logan!

Interesting book!

Put some new spins on vampires. Slow burn. Narration was decent. Overall an enjoyable listen.

Just ok

I like paranormal romances especially vampire stories, however for me it is less about the magic and the weird and more about the characters and how they're written that make for a good read. This story felt like a lot of plot and setup with weird things just thrown together. Ther is little delving into the actual emotional state of a character. Everybody is super surface and they accept traumatic ideas by saying "Okay now let move, no big deal...." I just couldn't relate to them. So for me I listened to this book at one and a half times the speed just to get through it. I was never really invested and what these characters had to say I just wanted to know how the book ended.

definitely a slow burn. the good stuff is really only at the end of the book. but over all i think it was good.

Vampire and Humans

Not a fan of paranormal. I’m not into shifters, vampires, fairies, and the like. It’s just not really my cup of tea. I’ve read some other books by this author and thought, “I’ll give it a shot”.

I’m so glad I did! I don’t think the story focused too much on the paranormal side of things. I saw it as more focused on the romance and mystery/suspense. I felt the chemistry between the characters and want to learn more about others in the story. Thank you for a great story!

Captivated

I've been devouring these audio books like crazy and I am not ashamed to admit it! I absolutely can not get enough of all things PNR. A must read with great characters and chemistry and beautifully written.

Refreshingly wow

I really enjoyed listening to the story. This author is new to me but her words captivated me. Loved the world she created and especially her characters. Definitely honestly recommend this audio if you enjoy adventure, romance, and paranormal. The female did a great job but the male his voice was kind of annoying with his lisping or it sounded like it. I don’t know sorry I just didn’t like it but the story helped to ignore it and continue.
