Jarred's story is not only a regs to riches underdog story, but a treatment to the fact that your past does not define your future. While everyone has their own struggles, his are very well written and you can feel the pain that he felt. Strongly recommend giving this book to anyone who has been dealt a bad hand in life. Along with his story there are valuable strategies for commercial real estate that anyone can implement.
