Our heros rally together to fight the Islamic Terrorists as partisans, going after their supply depots and staging areas.

As Texans starts to recover ground in the battle, enemy forces surge to the west. Remnants of the US Army are needed there. Texas is on her own again.

Bug Out! Texas Book 4 is full of romance. The partisans cling to each other, finding love and starting families in the midst of the fight for survival. Life goes on, but danger is always a few seconds away.

Enemy fighters target the oil infrastructure and ports of the Gulf Coast, trying to starve Texas into submission. Will the terrorists be successful?

Loses its excitement

The first three books are wonderful, but this starts to break down. Too many love stories and all too much alike. The characters get to be confusing, and the progess of the war gets lost. It begins as three quests that converge, but loses excitement.
