Fast paced and surprisingly subtle
Same thrilling pace as ‘Bocas’ but George’s vulnerable state in the sequel made him more relatable. I found myself rooting for him and a safe delivery into the third novel!

Fun read (or listen)
I love the whole series (Bocas, Bronte, and Bolinas). I listened to them all while driving home from work to change gears from work to 'life' as well as sometimes while walking my dog.
Fast reads, fun characters, great balance of adventure, romance, dangerous escapades, and people facing some relationship challenges (romantic and otherwise) while trying to do the right thing.
