Great book

The story is really good. The only thing I didn't like is hearing the narrators take a breath. This should have been edited out. Otherwise the book is amazing

Loved the story line

I loved this series. You should definitely read the books in order or it won't make sense. It's all of the supernatural characters rolled into one. #tagsgiving" "#sweepstakes", 

No to the male narrator, yes to eva

I really loved this story but holy heck the male narrator needs to be cut out. I found myself torn when the story switched to Maximus' point of view. I enjoyed his side of things but the narrator managed to make all the men sound prissy and the girls sound just downright vapid. I know male narrators have trouble with female voices but this sounded just like how guys mock a girl voice. Eva did an excellent job with all the characters. I'm just glad the intimate scene was done by Eva because it was hot hot hot hot hot hot hot.

Loved the story, felt like it dragged in a few places. Especially during the rescue. I thought they would never get there. But overall, I almost enjoyed this more than Jessa's story.

love this series!

I love this series! I love the characters. I love their stories. I love this magical world. Jaymin is an great writer — I laugh and I get sucked into her stories and stay up late reading. I totally stalk this author on social media to see when her next book is released! Do not miss out on this series because you may have been swayed by negative reviews. These books are amazing!!!

Book is awesome male narrator not good

The female narrator was excellent but male narrator was terrible and did not sound like a manly man the voice was wimpy and had a lisps

Wonderful!

This book picks up where Jessa’s and Braxton’s story left off to tell Mischa’s and Max’s. Their story is a “second-chance” romance during which they have to survive the attacks of a sorcerer gone wrong. They also learn that when you’re a supernatural quad, anything can happen, including having a true mate outside your race.

Great Story Need New Male Voice

Another great story however Maximus needs a new voice. Throughout the series, the compass brothers was built up as strong leading men. This voice did not represent that. The gentleman had a lisp that made it hard to get into and there was no range in his voice. I would had rather heard the story with the woman voice reading the entire thing. If the gentleman with the lisp voice was going to be used I think they should have incorporated it into book 1 so you wouldn’t be shocked later on in his spin off book.

love the story, readers poor

love the story, ongoing from the previous series, however narration was really lame. wierd emphasis and tone. if I'd didn't like the story so much I would have quit. hope the author continues on with the the other two C and maybe Louis?
