Excellent Conclusion

I loved this story. The Lucidites continued to help the Werewolves all while trying to take Mikka down. There is constant action and mystery that will keep you listening until the end. The narrator does an excellent job bringing the characters to life. I recommend you listen to this audiobook.

Ending? Or Beginning?

LOVE this series! Werewolves are a favorite of mine and I ADORE this take on werewolves!! TOTALLY enthralled! Still waiting for the return to the Dream Traveler Universe! So many tidbits in this series from the rest of the Dream Traveler Universe. I truly cannot wait for a return to this universe. I want to see more of this story - What happens with Mika? What exactly is the Dream Traveler Apocalypse? I need answers!

Born to be Bad

This book was an amazing conclusion to the Olento Research series. It has a villain you love to hate, werewolves, vampires, aliens, a little romance, some great snarky humor & Ren. What's not to love?

I love the concept of mixing the Luccidites and dream travelling with werewolves. Since I loved Ms. Noffke's other series, I was a little disappointed that there wasn't more dream travel in this series. But, I also realize that the emphasis was on the engineered werewolf aspect and not the dream travelling.

I love the way that this series incorporates some of my favorite characters from the other series & especially like the fact that Ren is still putting in an appearance even though he might be dead (or is he?). Adelaide was a wonderful character & I am happy that by the end of this series, she has come into her own instead of living in her father's shadow.

One reason that I love to read Ms. Noffke's books is that the characters are well-developed yet flawed. You can really relate to them. By the time I finished this series, I had started to feel like I actually knew these characters as real people, not just characters in a book.

The ending is satisfying, but still leaves the possibility of a continuation for at least some of the characters. The narrator, Elizabeth Klett, added a lot to this series. Even though I had previously read the Kindle version of this book, her narration was good enough to make me love the book even more. Thank you, Sarah, for giving us another awesome world to explore. I hope that you keep writing for many, many years to come

Brilliant finish to the series

The last audiobook in the Genetically Altered series does not disappoint. It has a thrilling and satisfying end, but it still leaves room for the expansion and continuation of some of story threads. In this fast paced story the Lucidites and the Pack race to find the remaining wolves before Mika can capture and corrupt them. They are desperate to stop Mika and his warped scientist, Drake, from continuing their monstrous experiments and achieving their vampiric aim. This story is full of excitement, intrigue, action, tension and has some great romance in it too. The narrator once again does an excellent job, hitting all the accents well and bringing the characters to life. I loved the “Ren” touches, even dead he still manages to exhort his influence on people. Adelaide really comes into her own in this book. She finally stops trying to be her father, starts to believe in herself and begins to feel worthy of being loved. I liked the slowly developed changes in her and the growth of her relationships. We also get a few more hints about Lucien in this story and I can not wait to see how he develops in the future. I really enjoyed this audiobook and will look forward to more story's in this amazing world.
