One night, the old clock tower in Bluebell Harbor begins ticking again after years of silence. Boris Katloff, a clever Sphynx cat with a gift for sensing ghosts, knows that something strange is unfolding. With help from his grumpy but loyal friend Whiskers, he discovers the ghost of a clockmaker trapped in time.

Strange gears turn, a glowing spiral glimmers beneath the floor, and a mischievous magpie keeps stealing clues. To save the town, Boris and Whiskers must solve a mystery hidden in old letters, forgotten memories, and a clock that will not stay still.
