Border Patrol Agent Bob Heath, along with his new peers Max and Shady, play the cat and mouse game of attempting to intercept the drug and person smuggling along the United States Border in Nogales, Arizona, which can be a deadly game. An agent was recently murdered in a canyon outside of Nogales and many believe his ghost haunts the canyon. When another very young peer is murdered, the agents are devastated. Bullet Bob's new wife, FBI Agent Marie, is part of a team investigating Eastern European Sex Traffickers who are kidnapping women in Phoenix and Tucson, smuggling them into Mexico and then moving them to Eastern Europe where they will be sold as sex slaves. When Bullet Bob happens upon three women in an abandoned warehouse, the sex traffickers are thwarted in their efforts. And they want revenge.
