Justus was left for dead impaled on a wall out in the middle of nowhere wearing his father's brains like a shirt. Miraculously he survived only to face hell on earth.
Wheelchair-bound and near broke after two years of expensive therapy he is accused of a gruesome murder. Just as it appears he is doomed to life in the box, his handler, Menes, uses his considerable influence to save him with one caveat: he needs him for one more job.
Carmen, the deadly femme fatale who left Justus for dead, has discovered those responsible for her husband's murder and has targeted them for extermination.
The Syndicate, a worldwide conglomerate of wealthy influential businessman led by Menes, is being hunted down, tortured and slaughtered mercilessly. The trail inevitably leads to Menes, so he enlists Justus to protect him from her wrath.
Justus has a dangerous storm brewing inside his own home that demands his attention. He has no desire to do Menes' bidding until it is revealed his family is also on Carmen's hit list.
Justus accepts the job. He and Carmen engage in a lethal battle of cat and mouse, each employing everything they know to outwit, outgun and outlive the other.
They finally clash on the streets of a tourist town in an epic firefight that will be remembered for years. In the end they will both have their revenge but only one will walk away with their life intact.
