Creative Dark Fantasy

I enjoyed book two as much as the first one in the series. I liked Yua's character's growth. I was entertained by Yua's indomitable spirit which took on the challenges which steamrolled towards her from many areas in her life. I found the Mists' world fascinating. I appreciated the subtle flow of magic. All the twists and turns kept my attention riveted on the story. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. I liked Stevie Marie's narration as she provided various voices for the different characters. I was given a copy of the audiobook. I volunteered, without financial gain, to post this review which reflected my honest opinions regarding this audiobook.

5+ stars for this romantasy

Yua didn’t know what to expect when she joined The Seven, a group of the world’s most powerful sorceresses. She can’t control her urges much less unleash magic. She’s just an oddity The Seven wants to study. Can Yua prove herself on a mission for answers or will she put everyone in danger?

Blood Song is an imaginative romantasy/dark fantasy audiobook I thoroughly enjoyed. The exquisite narration by Stevie Marie makes the story come alive. I could practically feel the magic and experience all that Yua goes through while listening. A truly exceptional audiobook worth listening to, especially if you’re a romantasy reader. I can’t wait for more.
