Today’s reality scary

Very good book
Hard to imagine this is happening in our world, but it needs to be told

Emotional Rollercoaster!!

I believe that I have a thing for Broken and Damaged Alpha men!!! As heart breaking as Blood and Bones: Shade was at times, it was also beautiful to see how far Shade grows in this book. (**pay attention to trigger warnings**) I love the Age gap trope and especially the older woman younger man. All of the questions that Chelle has are something any of us would have! And oh the humor, there are several scenes that had me laughing out loud hysterically!!! This has definitely become a favorite book for me. I love this couple!!! Not to mention Ava Lucas and Jason Clarke..... they're unbelievable!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Not Retard Just Dislexit

Real world problems and learning disabilities. Love and revenge as well as redemption. Second chances when you feel there’s nothing to live for. But you get a second chance of living life the way normal people do.

Blood & Bones Shade by Jeanne St. James book 6 of her Blood Fury MC is a must have. I was completely hooked from beginning to the end I actually listened to it twice before I did this review because I loved it so much. Shade will take you on an emotional journey.This writer is gifted with her ability to pull you into her stories . This book is worth your time I wholeheartedly recommend this, you are going to love it . Ava Lucas and Jason Clarke did an incredible job of narrating this book and bringing life to the characters. I feel like I want to give you all the spoilers and tell you everything that happens but then it wouldn't be as much fun as you listening to it yourself.

Narrators did a great job. Storyline was deep and at times disturbing but well written. Not typical MC style. Well worth the credit

Amazing Series

This series follows the lives of a reborn MC. Each has a secret, but Shade may have the darkest to overcome. Because of a very brutal childhood this man is a survivor and loves deeply. I do not recommend this particular story for those who have human trafficking triggers. It is a very brutal story that has you cheering when happiness is found.

Keeps getting better and better!

I don't know how she does it, but Jeanne St James keeps writing original stories that not only have steam and action but will tug at your heart strings! This one, from the first line had me captivated and excited to keep going. Shade had a horrible childhood, things he never speaks of and keeps the secrets close to his heart. He keeps to himself, quiet and a man of few words. That is until the day he meets Chelle. A widow with two girls, she is a mess the day he meets her, but there is something about her that calls to him. She calms him and he feels comfortable. Chelle too feels the same pull, but the age difference is unsettling for her. Seeing the MC lifestyle is a bit unnerving as well, but Chelle sees Shade for who he is, and never gives in when times get tough. The question is, when she does find out the entire truth, will she still feel the same? This is a complex story that unfortunately is more relevant that I would like to think. It is thought provoking and at times disturbing, but most of all heart wrenching for Shade. You just want to grab him and hold him! Chelle is an incredibly compassionate and patient woman. I love how she sees him for the man he is, not who he sees as himself. And the girls are wonderful too. This has to be my favorite of this series, it's passion and understanding is first and foremost with a love story you can't beat.

Then to make the story even better, St James picks incredible narrators. Ava Lucas voices Chelle, giving her the "mom" tone which I think is hilarious as anyone who hears it responds! She gives her an understanding and passion that is perfectly matched for Chelle's personality and kept me falling in love. Jason Clarke, from 4 years old to 30, gives a performance that is so good, you can't help but have so many feelings. Your heart will ache, and then fill with love. These two make an incredible team and could not be better cast for this story.
