We all want to connect with others and more importantly, ourselves. We all want to find our purpose and passion. I was lost and spent my whole life finding what it meant to be me, to live with purpose, passion and happiness. What I learned fills these pages. My quest to learn about myself, and my nature to share what I have learned, has earned me a global stage of thousands of students who are listening, implementing and changing their lives. I am grateful to have these connections as life has also taught me to honor and cherish our connections.

As a collective humanity, we share many if not most of life's experiences with ourselves, our emotions and with others. These stories and letters of guidance show we are so much more than we think and connected in ways we never thought of!

This book is a selection of Bliss Friday Loveletters penned between 2020-2021. This compilation represents only a fraction of the writings from that era. My plan is to create more volumes to ensure the preservation of all writings.
