I don't think anyone truly is an expert of self-love. But let's talk about it. Let's work at it and fail, then try again. Let's have enough self-love to love others. Let's be courageous enough to practice self-reflection and true honesty with ourselves. It's really f--king hard to do.There is enough bullshit in this world.

My challenge to you, listener, is to work on making your own world brighter. To make your world so blinding that it radiates out. Make your world bright enough for others to bathe in it, be inspired by you, and do better themselves.

Now, if you haven't already noticed, this book has foul language and it's a bit aggressive. It's aggressive in a good way, though. It's like when your partner chokes you in bed the right way and gives you an orgasm that makes your eyes roll to the back of your head and your legs quake. You know? That kind. Except, I'll cuddle you afterwards.

Listen to this book after a long, stressful day or when you want to cry at your job because it’s unfulfilling or when you can't stand the sight of yourself in the mirror. Listen to it when you are heartbroken, anxiety-ridden, and depressed. When you don't feel like you are enough, listen to this book, and let me shower you with kindness, acceptance, and positivity.

Because, listener, I want you to love yourself. I don't want you to feel alone. I want you to live your dreams, have happiness and fulfillment, and get eight hours of sleep. Let me add the topper to this ice-cream sundae of goodness. This audiobook isn't long, boring, preachy, or philosophical. I promise I’m not like the others - I won't waste your time. The topic of this book is spot on. Narration? Could have been less monotone
