I highly recommend this audiobook.
I highly recommend this audiobook. It does a fantastic job of helping the listener understand the bipolar disorder in its many forms and provides a wealth of useful treatment information. Very professional, which is refreshing in light of some of the other audiobooks out there on the subject.

Bought this audiobook to help round.
Bought this audiobook to help round out what we learned about the disorder after a family member was diagnosed with Bipolar I. We learned more just skimming through it than we learned the entire 10 days our child was hospitalized. Highly recommend

Useful helpful to families dealing with bipolar.
Useful helpful to families dealing with bipolar disease. As an aunt dealing with this disease in a niece, I needed and found in these audiobooks ways to counsel her mother when I receive frantic calls about her manic episodes! Highly recommend. It explains in language the layman can understand.

Easy to listen, informative,
Easy to listen, informative, I liked his tone and the subtle humor found here and there. I've had bipolar for 6 years and have listened to quite a bit on it but I still found this audiobook really interesting and I learned a lot.

Just basic information about bipolar disorder for undiagnosed people and loved ones. No strategies to cope. Nothing you can't find on Wikipedia
