These books by Lyons are great. I grew up in the river bottoms around Fouke Ar. These stories reflect what I grew up smelling, hearing and sometimes seeing. When you know you know.

I was surprised at the difference this had compared to what I saw on tv. I had no idea that Big Foot was dangerous. I highly recommend this book.

The stories in this book are creepy and frightening. Most were thought provoking.The narration was very good. I am glad I purchased it.

I liked hearing all the different encounters. I wish I could see one, although it might be very disturbing.

Frightening Set of Scary Encounters

This book is a compilation of the first 4 volumes in the Bigfoot Frightening Encounters series. It also has an audio book edition as well. Author Tom Lyons collects some of the best frightening tales and there are quite a few in this set. Of particular note is the fellow who became a police officer and was called out to the home of an elderly widow who had a prowler around her home. He caught it red handed. You will have to read the book to find out what happened next. That story will stay with you. Many others will as well. It is also a great listen on audio. A must read for cryptid fans and for those who don't believe. Many nonbelievers are in this book as well.
