There is no hierarchy of dilemma.

I always instinctively knew that if someone required a third trimester abortion, they had a good reason. However, I also gave people who said you should never have a third trimester abortion, a free pass. I realize that we either respect women’s bodily autonomy or we don’t; there is no hierarchy of dilemma.

This is a much necessary book. As women’s reproductive rights are being slashed left and right in the United States of America, this book explains, in easy to read, deeply relevant stories what it’s like and why is necessary to have a third trimester abortion.

The author, Dr. Sella, makes this book accessible to everyone because she uses language that everyone can understand. The narrator is excellent.
