The novel is an epic fantasy of another world that by book three becomes sci-fi. It delves into power, balance, and the war between light and darkness. Set in a world where darkness and secrets intertwine, the story follows Tara, a young woman with mysterious powers, on a quest to uncover the truth behind her adoptive father's untimely death. With the help of Antoff, a retired Priest Knight, and the enigmatic Edward of Haven, she ventures into ancient mysteries and confronts hidden dangers in a city shrouded in shadows. As their journey unfolds, they draw closer to the elusive killer and the truth they seek.
"Between the Darkness and The Light, Chronicles of the Night Book One" is a gripping tale of mystery, adventure, and self-discovery. It explores themes of love, trust, and the power of choices in the face of darkness, making it an engaging listen for fans of epic fantasy with intrigue and magic elements and strong female protagonists.

Amazing...
A great story read by a talented narrator.
This a a fast pasted fantasy story of a young adventurer, and her companions, as they explore the ruin landscape of a past cataclysm and what sets them apart from their opposition.
