Between Strength and Feeling - How Men and Women in the 21st Century Rediscover Themselves and Each Other by Rene Lochmann
For the women who are allowed to be soft again.
For the men who are allowed to lead again from the heart.
For all those who want to remember who they truly are.
What if behavior is not just coincidence but the language of our soul?
What if, in relationships, we are not only searching for the other but for ourselves?
Between Strength and Feeling is a profound invitation to self-discovery, to the healing of our inner masculine and feminine parts, and to genuine connection between people.
Based on over 20 years of therapeutic work, practical examples, and heartfelt exercises, Rene Lochmann guides his listeners to a new understanding of relationship, balance, and lived truth.
Topics in the book:
Understanding the hidden language of behavior
Healing the inner man and the inner woman within us
Why relationships fail today and how they can grow again
Reflections, rituals, and practical steps for self-discovery and couple work
Quote from the book:
Behavior is the language of the unspoken.
And love begins where we start to understand ourselves.
Author's Introduction: René Lochmann. I was born in 1977 on the Baltic Sea coast, a place shaped by wind, water, open horizons, and art. Perhaps it was this environment that left an early mark on me: creative, receptive, full of life — and at the same time, full of questions. Even as a child and teenager, I was surrounded by very different kinds of people and relationship models. I observed early on how people love, argue, find one another and lose each other. Later, working with couples and families I developed the therapeutic approach called “Couple and Family Therapy on Location” Where relationships truly live, or fall apart.
