After losing her parents at the young age of six, Vanessa finds herself in a foster home that is far from the life she used to know.

A new home with a new start. Sixteen year old Vanessa wants to pick up the pieces, but she has a hard time forgetting what she has been through. Once living an isolated life, Vanessa is now surrounded by people, and things slowly begin to change. As Vanessa struggles to find her smile again, something she had thought was gone forever, she meets a foster mom with a carefree sprit and a strong-willed best friend.

This emotional roller coaster will take you on a ride through Vanessa’s broken world. It is with every piece of her to find out who she was, who she is, and mostly who she wants to be.
