Bringing your thoughts under control of God's word. Believing God and following through on the Promises He has put in place. Learning to see myself the way God does. His Grace is sufficient, Jesus took all sin upon that cross. Appeasing the Wrath of God for our unrighteousness. Bringing us back into fellowship with our creator. Learning to walk in the authority given back to me through Jesus. Great book. I recommend it.

The title is true. So much info that I never learned in church.
