Zein and Panayoti were good friends since university, but after graduation they lost touch.

A few years later they reunite in London, and the friendship reignites. Between scientific conferences across the world, they plummet back into the bliss of youthful exploits. A flicker of either inspiration or luck leads Zein to a project that could save millions of women.

An unshakable nemesis stalks the pair along their escapades and threatens the success of the project.

In their final reunion in Egypt, they never meet as planned. Instead, Panayoti receives a phone call that will turn his world upside down and send him running across Egypt to there where he knows nowhere--behind the chair factory.
