Winter

I love the life story of how a mortal became the winter season. She stayed steady. Taught her daughter the same thing. She may have lost her first love, husband and young son but her daughter stayed. The towns people turned on her for being out in a bad snow storm. When she was offered to be the woman of winter she took it.
