Very entertaining Christian suspensee

This audible is a very entertaining and suspenseful story with 2 P.I.s and a Sheriff as the main characters. They are trying to solve the mystery of some deaths and a new drug. There is a bit of light romance, and the Christian message is sprinkled into the story. The performance is very good. The ending of the story doesn't have every string tied up, but that didn't bother me as it did some other reviewers. I really enjoyed this audible.

Love this Narrator…

I only landed on this because I was looking for books narrated by Tom Stechschulte. He. Is. Awesome. But the story was good! I just felt like it left things unresolved. But the performance was great!

The story moves slowly initially, but accelerates toward chaotic events for a small community. The ending for the antagonist leaves the reader unsatisfied. But the friendship among our law enforcement group is delightful!

Excellent book. Just finished it and I wish she write a sequel, characters are good and believable, Also nice to listen without a lot of sex and bad language.

Great Book

Tom Stechschulte is one of very favorite narrators and he brings this story to life. Dee Henderson has done it again in this story of small town life, strikes and drugs. Loved it. I have both read this story and listened to it and I know I will be repeating this process often because the book is just that good. And with Tom narrating it, I could listen to it forever!!!

Loved it!

Great story full of suspense and intrigue. Enjoyed every minute of the story. The reader held my attention completely. The ending was not what I expected at all. Dee Henderson is an excellent writer.

Good story with easy, likable characters

Dee keeps up the good work with this story. Characters that are easy to like and a story that has depth, but won't require notes to follow.

Kept me intrigued

I listen as I drive home after dropping kids off places. It kept me awake and wanting to turn it back on. Ready to listen to another one. I have always enjoyed the Dee Henderson books I’ve read.

what a great mystery

I loved every minute of it Thank you. I cannot wait for the next book. There seems to be a cliff hanger.
