This should have been the original story

So awesome! I just love this twist on Beauty and the Beast. The steaminess and the bit of thriller in the story make for such a wonderful story. I adore the ending. This should have been the original story!!!

Kale and Lisa did an awesome job narrating. I've listened to several male/female narrations, but this one is unique. I kinda liked how they did each chapter entirely on their own and made the voices for everyone in them. But at the same time I really prefer when the voices are intermingled in each chapter.

Not your typical Beauty and the Beast story

Not Exactly the story I was looking for, but I liked it. I felt a number of emotions through this story, and so long as I can pull 3 emotions, It's a GREAT story.

Hot and steamy right away

I decided to give this book a shot as it was free on audible escape and also a quick listen. Right away it starts into the story with no real build up. Gets right to the point which is fun as you don’t get long drawn out chapters just to get to the point of the book. It threw me for a loop when there was wear wolves in the the mix. But I would have notice that if I read what the book was able. But I kind of liked not knowing what to expect as it’s a quick listen anyways. I really can’t say anything negative about the book. It was a well written and well narrated. It is very sexually detailed so if that’s not your thing then this is not a book for you.

Just barely made the cut

Isobel and Jason were two individuals that went astray with a few words that changed everything. The story was short and simple. It also was not particularly impressive. I did not like the way the fairy tale changed.

There were so many directions for this story but at the same time the one presented just need a deeper layer to make it more.

Narration from KW and LZ was just right for the story presented.

Different spin on Beauty and the Beast. Despite being a novella there is plenty of story which is not always the case with short books. It had it's steamy moments so if you're looking for a quick fix then give this one a shot.

Narration was great! Both narrators gave each character their own voice and it was easy to follow.

humans growl

when you write a story that involves both ware wolves and humans, it makes better sense to save the word "growl" for the wolves, not the humans. the first one or two times it was used in human context could be overlooked. but the constant use of it was irritating.
