This summer however, Pete and Polly are paid a visit by a fresh face, the eccentric Walter Burgess, a reclusive writer researching the vast treasure troves lost along the aptly named portion of Florida coastline. But when Burgess suddenly goes missing, Pete and Polly get the sinking feeling that he may have checked out…permanently. And as the peculiar writer’s true identity is revealed, the resort owners must face the possibility that their quiet stretch of coastline is still far from tamed.
