    I'm going to be honest… I haven't taken a real vacation in over 10 years, and I barely take a day off. And that's not something to be proud of.

But without time for mental and physical rest, our decision making suffers, our creativity drops, and we lose the ability to think strategically about growth.

    Taking time off is not lazy. It is necessary. It gives your brain space to reset, reflect, and plan your next moves. If you want to be a better business owner, you have to take care of yourself first.
