Great audio book to sleep to
I love listening to this audio while slowly going to sleep, the background music is relaxing and has the perfect tempo, the best time to listen to audio is in resting mode so that it emerges with your subconscious. I suggest playing audio while resting/sleeping at least 3 times a week for best results.

sounds nice, good voice performance
the narrator was good, I didnt like the pausing and back ground repetition but later on when i would repeat the affirmation these pauses and back ground repetition helped me recite
