The author was really experienced and its saved us a lot of time, energy and effort by streamlining our choices to be more specific to what we ideally want from our new home. It's great there is a section about budget concerns as we have a tight budget and really can't afford to overspend on this dream project but the time is right and this audio has given us a lot of confidence about putting all the information into action. This book has given us SO much helpful insight into building our dream home. It is all very hypothetical at this stage as we are still planning our finances and quite unsure of the process as both my partner and I are not trades or have any experience with trade!
