Martin X finds himself at a crossroads. All he wanted was to forcibly borrow a little cough syrup so he could trade lean for sex with his morbidly obese girlfriend, who is so jubilantly well-fed that she resembles a couch that you could make sweet love to, without having to worry so much about spraining your junk on a remote stuck between the leathery cushions. Martin finds his life unraveling after having murdered the good Samaritan who attempted to stop him from breaking into their neighbors' homes to obtain that cough syrup.

Very funny

Only the Jew knew that by an able and persistent use of propaganda heaven itself can be presented to the people as if it were hell and, vice versa, the most miserable kind of life can be presented as if it were paradise. The Jew knew this and acted accordingly. But the German, or rather his Government, did not have the slightest suspicion of it. During the War the heaviest of penalties had to be paid for that ignorance.
