Este es un proyecto que considero necesario en los tiempos que corren. En la actualidad, el estilo de vida vegano ha adquirido cotas sorprendentes que nadie en su sano juicio habría esperado. Según confirman multitud de estudios estadísticos realizados en países como Estados Unidos o Reino Unido, la cantidad de veganos ha mantenido un crecimiento estandarizado de 3 puntos porcentuales cada año. Basta asomarse en un centro comercial para ver que cada vez son más los restaurantes o centros de comida que ofrecen alimentos veganos entre sus opciones. Esto se debe a que la gran cantidad de consumidores veganos han pasado a ser un número importante, de manera que somos apreciados por las grandes marcas como potenciales consumidores.
Razones del crecimiento de la vida vegana
Pero, ¿a qué crees que se deba este repentino incremento en el número de veganos alrededor del mundo? Hay varias posibles respuestas a esta pregunta que, en sí, tiene mucha tela por cortar. Desde hace algunas décadas han ido creciendo los niveles de concientización, individual y colectivamente, en torno al tema de la igualdad, la defensa del medioambiente y la explotación de los recursos naturales. La sensibilización por distintos tipos de discriminación es un tema que ha venido representándose desde hace mucho tiempo, sin embargo, y gracias a los distintos movimientos reivindicativos que han surgido a lo largo de las últimas décadas, esto ha repercutido de forma directa en el crecimiento abrumador y sostenible del movimiento vegano. Algunos de los fundamentos históricos de este crecimiento serán tratados en este proyecto.
Otra de las posibles respuestas a la gran pregunta es, por supuesto, la necesidad de muchas personas en conseguir un peso ideal sin que ello implique perder nutrientes y vitaminas necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento del cuerpo. La ciencia se ha encargado de demostrar que una dieta vegana es totalmente capaz de garantizar a sus adeptos la funcionalidad de cada aspecto del organismo. De igual manera, a través de este proyecto te enseñaré algunos tips o recomendaciones para planificar de forma detallada tu dieta vegana. Absolutamente todos los productos que restringe la dieta vegana tienen un sustituto natural en el que puedes encontrar las vitaminas, proteínas y nutrientes que usualmente consigues en las carnes, huevos, lácteos y miel.
Una de las razones más importantes
La protección del medioambiente es otra de las razones principales que impulsan el acercamiento hacia el veganismo. Es sumamente preocupante y alarmante la forma en que las grandes industrias explotan sin mesura los recursos naturales de la madre naturaleza. Lo hacen sin escrúpulos, escondiéndose tras capas de evolución que nada tienen que ver con el saqueo de los limitados recursos naturales del planeta Tierra. Como podrás notar, estos son los tres puntos que conforman la (mayoritaria) base de los adeptos a este estilo de vida llamado Veganismo.
