Not her norm

Freida McFadden is a phenomenal writer whose books really keep you guessing. Although this book was lighthearted, it was not her normal suspenseful, keep you guessing story and it caught me a little off guard. If this is your first experience with her writing, read some of her other books first.

Not a twist ending!

This was definitely not what I’d expect from Freida McFadden!
More fluff than substance and no twist at the end!

Written as though one was talking with Freida McFadden!

FM’s sense of humor clearly comes through in her writing! She’s a great story teller - whether it’s fiction, suspense, thrillers or realistic fiction. I enjoyed the book! I love reading her books! The narrator is also outstanding! 👌🏻👏🏻👍

There really wasn’t much of a purpose for this book.

It was really just the day in the life of Gyn residents, no real plot, no twists. It was the most disappointing book from Frieda McFadden that I have ever listened to

Change of pace for Frieda

Thought this was a very lighthearted, fun story that still had a Freida feel to it. All things baby covering the good, the bad, and the ugly side of maternity and their providers.

Boring

Narration was good. It’s just a story about medical residence delivering babies. I found it boring.

Kept my attention mostly

I've grown to enjoy this auther and the storytelling is there. It's probably my fault for not reading the plot summary more closely before making the purchase... A little too graphic for the backdrop, wasn't sure where it was going and wasn't impressed with where it ended up. I'll stick to the stories with mystery and murder.

Not like her other books

Boring story. I was expecting mystery or twist like her other books, but this was a long story with no excitement or mystery.

Repetitive experiences without a plot

I was expecting a clever mystery story, so I was quite disappointed with the story.

Not her normal storyline. There was no mystery to figure out. It was an okay book just not what I am used to by this author
