Caught downtown between warring factions of America’s fractured military, Riker and his fellows quickly learn that the hitman is indeed alive and will stop at nothing to get the pound of flesh he feels is owed to him.

Yet another bold attack leaves the group reeling, the deadly toll nearly incomprehensible to those left to pick up the pieces. Riker receives an ultimatum to bring the newcomer to a meeting at a time and place of the killer’s choosing.

Will Riker comply with the demand and risk sacrificing himself and the teenager so that others may live?

Or will he find a way to turn the tables on the aggressor and live to see another day?
