I want to go to my boyfriend's family reunion this summer. We're together 2 years now and we're serious so how do I tell him it's time?

The first thing this question makes me think of is 'be careful what you wish for.' Getting to know someone's family is a critical factor in deciding if you want him to be your life partner but there's another question to consider here --- how soon is too soon?
