Pensioner Says ‘We’re Entitled to Nothing’ Amid Care Crisis

A West Clare man says he and his wife are being left with nowhere to turn as they face into serious health challenges without support. Tony, who is 78, says despite a lifetime of paying taxes, they’re struggling to access basic home care services—and with his wife due to undergo surgery soon, he’s deeply worried about how they’ll cope in the weeks ahead.
