United States fires at, seizes Iranian-flagged cargo ship

The United States has seized an Iranian-flagged cargo ship it says tried to pass its naval blockade in the northern Arabian sea, near the Strait of Hormuz. It comes as Pakistan prepares to host another round of talks between the U-S and Iran, but it's unclear if the talks will go ahead.
