Episode 349: Real Talk 4-18-2026

The California Legislature is back in session. We are all in trouble. The most important items they are working on? Protecting LGBT Rights and affirming children's rights to gender care. Legislation has been introduced to allow minors up to 20 years to sue any therapist who did not affirm their transition. Additional legislation has been introduced to make it illegal for hospitals to comply with Federal requests for records relating to sex changing surgeries of minors.
