Rushing water, floating docks, debris, danger in Cheboygan due to flooding

The flooding issues Up North are getting more serious as the week goes on. WWJ's Tracey McCaskill was joined live by our reporter Tim Pamplin, who's made his way to Cheboygan County where a dam failure could endanger thousands.
