'Merger mania' Who does this hurt and who does it benefit?

This week, United Airlines' CEO proposed a merger with American Airlines that would create the world's largest airline. At the same time, there's growing backlash to the merger deal between Paramount and Warner Brothers, and today we're exploring the "merger mania" echoing across America's corporate economy.
