Grosse Pointe Park ready to reconstruct the Charlevoix business district

Starting in May, construction will get underway on the Charlevoix business district in Grosse Pointe Park. Charlevoix street from Alter to Beaconsfield will be closed until November as crews work on a new streetscape. The goal is to make the downtown area curbless, with new lights and trees. WWJ's Taylor Dietz talked to City Manager Nick Sizeland about everything from the design to rats.
