Psalms/Tehillim

This week, in the second episode of Jerusalem Consciousness, we use Psalms (Tehillim) for our spiritual exploration. Our meditation centers on Psalm 27, a text traditionally read during the month of Elul, leading into Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. We focus on a few key lines throughout todays practice. And let go of fixed ideas, simply allowing the experience to unfold. The mantra for this week is: “I seek your face.”Join us for a few moments to slow down, breathe, and return to center. Find a quiet, comfortable place, settle into your body, and allow yourself to be guided inward.
