1. In what ways might you be treating your relationship with God like a checklist instead of a genuine connection, and what would it look like to shift toward real communion?
2. Think about your current season of busyness. How is it shaping your spiritual life, and is it pushing you toward God or quietly pulling you away?
3. The teaching from Tomy challenged the idea of doing the bare minimum with God. Where in your life are you settling for just enough instead of pursuing deeper relationship?
4. When life becomes chaotic or stressful, what is your natural response, and how might it change if prayer became your first reaction instead of a last resort?
5. Consider the idea that prayer is about aligning your will with God’s rather than getting what you want. Where do you feel tension between your desires and what God may be asking of you?
6. Look up Mark 1:35 and reflect on Jesus choosing solitude with the Father. What practical changes could help you build a similar rhythm into your daily life?
