On the podcast this time, Steven and Sean are on a quest to become the final immortal. We watched the 1986 film from Russell Mulcahy, Highlander.
What, you think vampires are the coolest immortals around? Did you ever consider that maybe there’s a better eternal being out there? Maybe one that’s taught how to be a badass sword fighter by an Egyptian guy with a Spanish name and a Scottish accent?
Maybe Connor MacLeod can’t turn into a bat and fly wherever he pleases, but at least he doesn’t have to drink blood for his sustenance. This dude can have a pizza or French fries whenever he wants. Suck it, Dracula (no pun intended).
